1st story line is a horror/psychological thriller.
What does this genre mean?

Psychological thriller is when a film highlights the emotional and psychology of a certain character. It should include a "dissolving sense of reality" and should included tortured relationships between obsessive and pathological characters. Most media of this genre include themes of reality, perception, identity, death, mind and purpose. These kind of films usually have a hidden message at the end of the theme or throughout with hints like Shutter Island and Black swan.Characters are no longer reliant on physical strength to overcome their brutish enemies (which is often the case in typical action-thrillers), but rather are reliant on their mental resources, whether it be by battling wits with a formidable opponent or by battling for equilibrium in the character's own mind.
My first storyline has horror in too with the stabbing scene so o decided to write about this genre.Horror films are unsettling films designed to frighten and panic, cause dread and alarm, and to invoke our hidden worst fears, often in a terrifying, shocking finale, while captivating and entertaining us at the same time in a cathartic experience. Horror films effectively center on the dark side of life, the forbidden, and strange and alarming events. They deal with our most primal nature and its fears: our nightmares, our vulnerability, our alienation, our revulsions, our terror of the unknown, our fear of death and dismemberment, loss of identity, or fear of sexuality. They are designed to make the audience scared inside and out famous for making people scream in fear at cinema viewings. They usually include gore, sexual scenes and obscene language.

My second storyline is an action crime based film.Crime films are films that focus on the lives of criminals. The stylistic approach to a crime film varies from realistic portrayals of real-life criminal figures, to the far-fetched evil doings of imaginary arch-villains. My film won't be all about crime however their will be a crime committed with one character stealing money and getting arrested.I was also thinking that my second storyline could be connected to heist films such as Reservoir Dogs because a robbery is committed in the film. These films deal with a group of criminals attempting to perform a theft or robbery, as well as the possible consequences that follow. However i do think my story would have a more light hearted approach rather than going into the action thriller side of things. I don't think we would have enough time in a five minute film to produce a action crime thriller so i would like to make it more innocent.
